Rafi is a Policy Analyst in the Tech, Media, and Telecoms Practice at Public First. Before joining the firm, he worked in EdTech, where he helped develop an AI-driven learning product while leading business development efforts. Earlier in his career, Rafi interned at the urban intelligence firm, The Business of Cities, contributing to research projects for international clients. He studied Politics and International Relations at the University of Bristol, graduating top of his cohort in his final year.
